利用規約

第1条 (総則)

本規約は、Totsu (以下「本サービス」) の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本サービスを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第2条 (利用資格および通話サービスの利用)

1. 本サービスは、15歳以上の方のみご利用いただけます。15歳未満の方の利用は固く禁止します。

2. 本サービスは、1対1のリアルタイム音声通話機能を提供します。

3. 通話中の音声における公序良俗に反する行為、第三者の権利を侵害する発言は固く禁止します。

第3条 (禁止事項)

ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません：

  • 相手に対する誹謗中傷、ハラスメント、暴言行為
  • 他人の個人情報の第三者開示・不正取得
  • 本サービスの正常な運営を妨害する行為
  • 異性交際、出会い、ナンパを目的とする行為、またはこれらに類する行為
  • LINE ID、電話番号、SNSの直接連絡先を交換・聞き出す行為
  • 性的、わいせつな発言や要求、公序良俗に反する行為
  • 15歳未満の利用、または未成年に対する出会い目的の接触
  • アイコン画像等を用いたQRコードの掲載、または外部サイト・外部有料サービス・勧誘への誘導行為

第4条 (免責事項)

運営者は、ユーザー間の通話内容ややり取り、マッチングを通じて生じたトラブル、ならびに通信環境や端末の不具合等により生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。

第5条 (有料コンテンツ)

1. ユーザーは、本サービス内で提供される有料デジタルコンテンツ（アイコンバッジ等）を購入することができます。

2. 有料コンテンツはデジタルアイテムの性質上、購入後のキャンセル、返品、返金には一切応じられません。

3. 利用制限・アカウント停止や退会となった場合でも、購入済みアイテムの払戻しは行いません。

第6条 (利用制限およびアカウント停止)

運営者は、ユーザーが本規約のいずれかに違反した場合、事前の通知なくアカウントの一時利用制限、または利用停止（BAN）措置を講じることができるものとします。

第7条 (サービスの変更・中断・終了)

運営者は、システムの保守点検、天災、その他運用上の判断により、ユーザーに事前通知することなく本サービスの提供を一時中断、変更または終了することができます。

第8条 (規約の改定および管轄裁判所)

1. 運営者は、必要と判断した場合にはいつでも本規約を変更できるものとします。

2. 本規約の解釈には日本法を準拠法とし、本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合は、運営者の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所または簡易裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

Section 1 (General Rules)

These Terms set forth the conditions for using Totsu ('the Service'). By using the Service, users agree to these Terms.

Section 2 (Eligibility & Voice Call Service)

1. The Service is available only to persons aged 15 or older. Use by persons under 15 is strictly prohibited.

2. The Service provides 1-on-1 real-time voice calls.

3. Conduct contrary to public order or violating third-party rights during calls is strictly prohibited.

Section 3 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts:

  • Defamation, harassment, or abusive language towards others.
  • Unauthorized disclosure or acquisition of personal information.
  • Acts that disrupt the normal operation of the Service.
  • Acts for the purpose of dating, romance, solicitation, or romantic matching.
  • Exchanging or requesting personal contact details (e.g. LINE ID, phone number).
  • Sexual, obscene, or sexually suggestive remarks and requests.
  • Use by persons under 15 years of age, or contacting minors for dating purposes.
  • Displaying QR codes in avatar images, or soliciting users to external websites, paid services, or commercial promotions.

Section 4 (Disclaimer)

The operator shall not be held liable for call contents, interactions, or disputes between users, nor for any damages resulting from network connection issues or device malfunctions.

Section 5 (Paid Content)

1. Users may purchase digital items (such as icon badges) offered within the Service.

2. Due to the digital nature of the content, no cancellations, returns, or refunds are accepted under any circumstances once purchased.

3. No refunds or compensations will be provided even if the account is restricted, suspended, or deleted.

Section 6 (Account Restriction & Suspension)

The operator reserves the right to restrict or terminate (ban) any user account without prior notice if the user violates any provisions of these Terms.

Section 7 (Service Modification & Termination)

The operator may temporarily suspend, alter, or terminate the Service without prior notice due to system maintenance, natural disasters, or operational reasons.

Section 8 (Changes to Terms & Jurisdiction)

1. The operator reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time as deemed necessary.

2. These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's principal place of business.
