第1条 (取得する情報)
本サービスは、サービスの提供・本人認証および安全な運営のため、必要最小限の以下の情報のみを取得します：
- Googleアカウント連携による認証情報（メールアドレス、認証識別子、Googleアカウント固有識別子の暗号化ハッシュ値）
- サービス利用および安全管理情報（任意で設定したアイコン画像、通話時間・いいね数等の利用統計、購入済みバッジ等のアイテム履歴、通報・ブロックの履歴および不正行為防止のための識別子ハッシュ）
- 接続ログ情報（Cloudflare等の配信・セキュリティ基盤を経由したアクセスに伴い一時的に記録されるIPアドレス、アクセス日時、ブラウザ環境等）
- お問い合わせ情報（ユーザーサポート窓口へのお問い合わせ時に入力された内容）
※本サービスにおける通話音声は、端末間の直接暗号化通信（WebRTC P2P）により送受信され、サーバーを経由した録音や通話内容の保存・傍受は一切行いません。
第2条 (取得しない情報およびプライバシーの保護)
本サービスでは、ユーザーのプライバシーを最大限尊重し、以下の情報を一切取得・保持いたしません：
- 氏名（本名）、現住所、電話番号、生年月日、年齢、性別等の個人を特定可能な属性情報
- カメラによる映像データ（本サービスは音声通話を主体とし、カメラ映像の撮影・送信・サーバー保存は行いません）
- クレジットカード番号、セキュリティコード、銀行口座情報等の決済認証情報
第3条 (情報の利用目的)
取得した情報は、以下の目的に限って利用いたします：
- Google認証を用いたアカウントの作成、本人確認およびログインセッションの維持
- 音声通話機能、マッチング機能、アイテム付与等のサービス提供
- お問い合わせ対応およびカスタマーサポート
- 荒らし行為、嫌がらせ、誹謗中傷、利用規約違反行為の抑止・調査およびブロック・利用停止措置の実施
- 不正アクセス防止、DDoS攻撃防御、システム保守等のセキュリティ維持およびインフラ運用
第4条 (安全管理措置)
運営者は、取得した情報を高度な暗号化通信（TLS/HTTPS）および安全なデータベース管理基盤を用いて厳重に管理し、不正アクセス・漏洩・改ざんの防止に最大限の安全対策を講じます。また、アカウント識別子等の機密性の高い識別情報はソルト付きハッシュ化処理を行い、不可逆な形式で安全に保管します。
第5条 (決済情報の取り扱い)
有料アイテムの購入におけるクレジットカード決済およびPayPay等のオンライン決済は、国際基準（PCI-DSS）に準拠した外部決済代行サービス（Stripe等）を通じて直接かつ安全に処理されます。運営者のサーバーがユーザーのクレジットカード番号や決済アカウントの認証情報を取得・保持・閲覧することは一切ありません。
第6条 (第三者提供および業務委託)
運営者は、法令に基づく開示要請（裁判所、警察等の公的機関からの適法な照会要請）がある場合、または第5条に定める決済代行やクラウドインフラ運用（Cloudflare等）に必要な業務委託の範囲を除き、ユーザーの事前同意なく第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。
第7条 (Cookieおよび端末保存領域の利用)
本サービスでは、ログイン状態の維持やユーザー設定（言語設定、効果音設定、再マッチング制限等）の利便性向上のため、Cookieおよびブラウザのローカルストレージ（LocalStorage）技術を使用しています。これらはブラウザの設定により無効化することも可能ですが、一部の機能が正常に動作しなくなる場合があります。
第8条 (情報の開示・削除・お問い合わせ窓口)
ユーザーは、アプリ内の「アカウントの削除」機能からいつでも即時にアカウント情報（メールアドレス、設定したアイコン画像、購入済みバッジ等の所持アイテム、通話時間・いいね等のアカウントデータ）を完全削除することができます。なお、悪質な規約違反や嫌がらせ行為を繰り返す目的でのアカウント再作成を防止するため、ブロック・通報・利用制限に関連する暗号化ハッシュ値に限り、削除後も安全に保持されます。本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせは、アプリ内のお問い合わせ窓口またはサポートメール（support@totsu.net）までご連絡ください。法令の改正や運用の見直しに伴い、本ポリシーは改定されることがあります。
Section 1 (Collected Information)
The Service collects only the minimum necessary information required for service provision, user authentication, and safe operation:
- Information via Google Sign-In (email address, authentication identifier, and encrypted hash of the unique Google account identifier)
- Service usage and moderation records (optional user-configured avatar images, usage statistics such as call duration and likes, purchased item history, report/block history, and block identifier hashes for abuse prevention)
- Access connection logs (IP addresses, timestamps, and browser user agents temporarily recorded via Cloudflare security and CDN infrastructure)
- Customer support inquiry contents submitted by users
* Voice call audio in the Service is transmitted directly between devices via end-to-end encrypted peer-to-peer (WebRTC P2P) connections; the operator does not record, intercept, or store any call audio on servers.
Section 2 (Non-Collected Information & Privacy Protection)
The Service strictly respects user privacy and does not collect or retain any of the following information:
- Real name, physical address, phone number, date of birth, age, gender, or government-issued personal identification
- Camera video data (the Service is voice-only; no video capturing, streaming, or server recording is performed)
- Credit card numbers, security codes, or bank account credentials
Section 3 (Purposes of Data Use)
Collected data is used solely for the following purposes:
- Account creation, authentication, and session management via Google Sign-In
- Delivering core features including voice calling, matching, and digital item management
- Customer support and inquiry response
- Detecting, preventing, and taking action against harassment, abusive conduct, and Terms of Service violations
- System security maintenance, DDoS protection, and cloud infrastructure management
Section 4 (Security Measures)
The operator protects all collected data using advanced transport encryption (TLS/HTTPS) and secure database storage to prevent unauthorized access, leaks, or alterations. Sensitive identifiers are stored as irreversible cryptographic hashes with unique salts.
Section 5 (Payment Information Handling)
Payments for digital items via credit card or digital wallets (such as PayPay) are processed securely and directly by PCI-DSS certified payment service providers (Stripe). The operator's servers do not receive, store, or process user payment card credentials.
Section 6 (Third-Party Disclosure & Service Providers)
The operator does not provide personal information to third parties without user consent, except as mandated by applicable laws (such as lawful requests from law enforcement or judicial bodies) or within the scope of essential service delegation (payment gateways and Cloudflare infrastructure).
Section 7 (Cookies & Local Storage)
The Service uses cookies and browser LocalStorage technologies to maintain login sessions and retain user preferences (such as language selection, sound effect settings, and rematch cooldown settings). Users can disable these through browser settings, though certain features may become unavailable.
Section 8 (Data Rights, Account Deletion & Contact)
Users can permanently and instantly delete their account data (email address, uploaded avatar image, purchased badges and items, call duration/likes statistics, and account records) at any time via the in-app "Delete Account" feature. To prevent repeated abuse, harassment, or ban evasion, cryptographic hashes associated with blocks and moderation restrictions are retained securely after deletion.
