1. Totsu（トツ）とは
Totsuは、アプリのインストール不要で、スマートフォンのブラウザやPCからすぐに利用できる完全Web完結型のランダム音声通話サービスです。
アプリ不要・ブラウザだけで即起動
App StoreやGoogle Playからのダウンロードや面倒な登録手続きは不要です。URLを開くだけですぐに通話を開始できます。
映像なし・音声特化の安心設計
カメラ映像は一切使用せず、高品質な音声通話のみを提供します。部屋の様子や顔が映る心配がなく、パジャマやベッドの中でも気軽に会話を楽しめます。
完全匿名のプライバシー保護
電話番号やSNSアカウント、本名などの個人情報は一切共有されません。端末間のP2P暗号化通信により、安全に守られた環境で会話できます。
2. 通話の基本操作
Call（通話開始）
画面下の「Call」ボタンを押すと、即座にランダムマッチングが開始されます。相手が見つかると呼び出し音が鳴り、1タップで会話がスタートします。
次の相手へ（下から上へスワイプ）
通話中に画面を下から上へスワイプすると、TikTokのように即座に通話を切り替えて次の相手へスキップできます。
通話終了（上から下へスワイプ）
通話中に画面を上から下へスワイプすると、通話を終了してホーム画面（マイページ）へ戻ります。
リアクション ＆ マイク操作
通話画面内の「ハート」ボタンで相手にいいねを送ることができます。また、「マイク」ボタンで一時的な消音（ミュート）を切り替えられます。
3. 配信者・クリエイターでのご利用（トツ待ち）
YouTube、Twitch、TikTok等での生配信や動画企画において、Totsuを「凸待ちツール」としてご利用いただけます。
- 個人情報の完全遮断: DiscordやSkypeのID、SNSアカウントを教える必要がなく、配信画面にプライベートな情報が流出する事故を防げます。
- リスナーの参加ハードルゼロ: 概要欄やコメント欄に「totsu.net」のリンクを記載するだけで、リスナーがアプリを入れずに直接通話に参加できます。
- 商用・収益化配信での利用歓迎: 配信の収益化や投げ銭機能が有効な配信・動画でもご自由にご活用いただけます。
4. 安心・安全への取り組み
すべてのユーザーが心地よく通話を楽しめるよう、以下の安全機能を導入しています。
即時通報・ブロック機能
不快な言動や規約違反を行う相手は、通話中または通話終了後に即座に通報・ブロックできます。ブロックした相手とは今後一切マッチングしません。
QRコード自動検知・悪質アカウント凍結
アバター画像に外部SNSへの誘導や危険なURL、QRコードが含まれている場合、画像解析システムにより自動検知され、アカウントが即座に利用制限されます。
クールダウン（再マッチング除外）機能
通話が終了した直後の相手とは連続してマッチングしない仕組みになっており、設定から除外期間（直前、24時間、7日間）を調整できます。
厳格な禁止事項
出会い目的、連絡先の交換要求、誹謗中傷、暴言、性的・わいせつな発言、未成年の健全な育成を害する行為は固く禁止されています。違反が確認された場合は、事前の予告なく永久BAN（利用停止）措置が適用されます。
5. アバターとアイコンバッジ
アバターアイコンの自由な変更
好みの画像をアップロードしてアバターに設定できます。画像はWebP形式で軽量に最適化されます（悪質な画像変更の連打を防ぐため、1日3回まで変更可能・毎日午前0時にリセットされます）。
ショップ（アイコンバッジ）
「草w」「高齢者マーク」「zzz」などのアイコンバッジをショップで購入してアバターに装着できます。購入したバッジは買い切り・無期限でいつでも着せ替え可能です。

2. Basic Operations
Start a Call
Tap the "Call" button at the bottom of the screen to start matching. Once connected, a ringtone plays and your call begins.
Next Partner (Swipe Up)
Swipe up from the bottom of the screen during a call to skip to the next person immediately, just like TikTok.
End Call (Swipe Down)
Swipe down from the top during a call to exit and return to your home page.
Reactions & Mute
Send likes using the heart button, or tap the microphone button to toggle mute at any time.
3. For Streamers & Creators
Totsu is ideal for live streaming and content creation on YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok.
- Zero Personal Info Leak Risk: No need to exchange Discord IDs or phone numbers. Prevents accidental exposure of private profiles on stream.

4. Safety & Security
To ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all users, the following safeguards are implemented:
Report & Block
Easily report or block users who engage in harassment or abusive conduct. Blocked users will never be matched with you again.
Automated QR Code Detection
Any avatar containing external links, social media QR codes, or prohibited URLs is automatically detected and blocked.
Rematch Cooldown
Prevents consecutive matching with the same user. You can customize exclusion intervals in settings (previous partner, 24 hours, or 7 days).
Strictly Prohibited Acts
Dating solicitation, personal contact exchanges, defamation, abusive language, obscene remarks, and minor harm are strictly prohibited and result in permanent bans.
5. Avatars & Badges
Avatar Customization
Upload your favorite avatar image with automatic WebP optimization (limited to 3 updates per day, reset daily at midnight JST).
Shop Badges
Purchase distinctive badges (such as "Grass/Lol", "Senior Mark", "zzz") from the shop to equip on your avatar indefinitely.
